When are my movies due?
All rental periods are in 24 hour periods.
For example, if you rent Sunday at 6:00 pm for one day, your movie
is due Monday at 6:00 pm. If you rented for five days
on Sunday at 6:00 pm, your movie would be
due Friday at 6:00 pm.
How do I return my movies?
Simple, just drop them in slot on the right side
of the screen in any drive through. There is no need to use your credit card or log
in. The system recognizes each movie by a computer
chip on the movie itself.
What if I don't return them on time?
Don't worry. We simply charge $1 per day
late fee, but we cap that at 14 days, and charge you the price of the movie (typically $19.99). In
the case we charge you for the movie, you
are free to keep it.
How do you know I returned my copy?
Each movie
is tagged with a computer chip that allows our
robotics to credit your account.
How can I check my account?
We give you full visibility into your account,
letting you check all of your transactions at anytime. Just swimg by the store, and hit "Login" from
the top menu. Once you have logged in, choose
"Account" from the top menu.
